Registration fees are $400 per person. They are refundable. No food is included in this fee.
Everyone, including organizers and invited speakers, must apply and pay the registration fee. We use the application form to confirm your current contact information for the participant list and name tag. Click on the above link to complete the simple winter application. Some organizers ask only name and contact information; others ask for research, publications, or if you would like to give a talk or present a poster. If you apply and it seems too simple, don't worry; that's by design.
