2013 GTA Workstop
The 2013 Physics in and Through Cosmology workshop will be held at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory adjacent to the University of California Berkeley Campus beginning Monday, July 8 and ending Tuesday, July 12.
The Berkeley Center for Cosmological Physics (BCCP) is a fully integrated research and education center, established by 2006 Physics
Nobel prize winner George Smoot. The cornerstone education outreach project of BCCP is the Global Teachers’ Academy (BCCP GTA). Cosmology is the selected field of focus for the academy because it incorporates various fields of science: Physics, Astrophysics, Particle Physics, Theoretical Physics, Astronomy, Earth Science, Math, Engineering, and Technology.
